Yellow Birch Cocktails: 2022
The design should focus on a lounge/bar with a light meal service. The atmosphere/aesthetic must reflect the concept of “cocktail lounge” but can do so in a contemporary manner. The menu and concept should be based on at least 1 item found from the UW-Stout archives department.

Mood Board
Yellow Birch Cocktails is inspired by an Eagle River Cranberry Wine Sauce which is why the deep red, cranberry color is the main color that is used throughout the space. The dry mustard and cinnamon are pulled as accent colors. A steamed wine glass is the key inspiration to use circuluar and linear shapes. This space has an attractive, dramatic, and elegant feel and look. Customers can come into the space and get small appetizers that pair well with the specialty menu item, Eagle River Cranberry Wine Sauce.
